DC TO PREMIERE NEW BATMAN AND HARLEY QUINN MOVIE AT SDCC

Promises to be a throwback to the Classic Batman: The Animated Series

On August 14, 2017, movie theaters nationwide will be screening the latest Batman animated movie, ‘Batman and Harley Quinn, as part of a special cinematic event.

 

The new movie is produced by Warner Bros. Animation from an original story by Bruce Timm, and centers around Batman and Harley Quinn after they encounter Poison Ivy and Jason Woodrue (a.k.a. the Floronic Man) embarking on an ecological quest to save the planet…and, unfortunately, eliminate most of humankind along the way. To save humanity, Batman and Nightwing are forced to enlist Harley Quinn to catch Harley’s friend Poison Ivy.

Unless you’re able to nab a ticket to Batman and Harley Quinn’s premiere on July 21st at San Diego Comic-Con, the Fathom theatrical screening will be your first chance to see the new film. Audiences at the screening will also be the first to see an exclusive featurette spotlighting the movie’s star, Harley Quinn.

Tickets for the screening are now on sale through the Fathom Events website, or at participating theater box offices.

If you can’t make the screening, don’t worry. Batman and Harley Quinn will be available on Digital HD on August 15 and will land on Blu-ray and DVD on August 29.
