Last night, Lucas Films unveiled the new trailer for Star Wars: The Last Jedi during Monday Night Football, and struck all the right cords by teasing major confrontations, potential turns to the Dark Side, and the fate of Princess/General Leia.
The epic two-and-a-half minute peek at Director Rian Johnson’s Episode VIII also finally gives us some dialogue from the older and wiser Luke Skywalker (which did not disappoint), a first glimpse at Supreme Leader Snoke, and features new AT-AT’s and an adorable Porg attempting to mimic Chewbacca’s roar. All together, setting an incredible tone for the latest installment in the franchise while giving fans multiple new possibilities to consider.
