Thanks for ordering Variant merch! We love our fans and hope you love the new swag, but in case you are considering a return for any reason, below are our policies.
Product Error - Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Size - Due to each item being customized and printed on-demand with Variant’s artwork by a third-party fulfillment service, returns or exchanges without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered are not available.
Wrong Address - If an address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once they have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). Orders left for over 30 days will either be destroyed or donated to charity.
Unclaimed Package - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable). Orders left for over 30 days will either be destroyed or donated to charity.
Lost Mail - For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
